Thank you very much for your continued patronage of Okura Nikko Hotels. In line with the renewal of the One Harmony membership program effective March 23, 2026, member services will be temporarily suspended during the period below:
■ Maintenance Period (Japan Time)
From 12:00 a.m. on March 23, 2026 to 10:00 a.m. on April 1, 2026.
After the maintenance is completed, an announcement will be made on the official One Harmony website and services will be resumed sequentially.
■ Services to Be Suspended
The following services, including checking point balances and adding or updating registered information, will be unavailable:
- New member enrollment
- Point redemption (Points for hotel stays will be accrued as usual.)
- Reservations at member rates and changes to existing reservations at member rates
■ Reservations During the Maintenance Period
During this period, member rates will not be available online. If you book at a regular rate, please inform the hotel at check-in to receive applicable member benefits (except prepaid or non-member-rate plans).
Reservations made prior to maintenance can still be confirmed or cancelled using your reservation number and email address.
■ Additional Information
Usage during the sign-in suspension period will still be eligible for One Harmony points and member benefits. Operational details regarding points and eligible nights during this period will be provided separately.
